Es erwartetet Sie ein modernes Haus mit einmaligem Blick auf den See in idyllischer Lage. Sehr ruhig gelegen neben einem kleinen Weinberg. Offene Küche zum Wohn-Essbereich. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und Ankleide. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett.  Es gibt genügend Schränke. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit sämtlichen Geräten, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine Nespresso, Toaster und Vieles mehr. Es gibt einen großen Eßplatz auf der Terrasse und 2 Liegen. Auf dem Balkon sind ebenfalls Möbel vorhanden. Die Bäder sind modern ausgestattet und großzügig, ebenerdige Dusche, Eckbadewanne. Das Haus hat Fußbodenheizung. Im Untergeschoss ist ein sehr großer Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügeleinrichtung. Parken können Sie direkt vor dem Haus.
