Villa Can Picafort is nestled on a 14,000 m² plot with lush, sheltered terraces. Here you can enjoy absolute privacy surrounded by wonderfully fragrant olive and cypress groves. The pool area is right next to the house: a 7.5 x 4 m sloping pool forms the centrepiece of the property, where comfortable loungers are available for extended sunbathing. An outdoor shower cools you down in between and rinses the remaining sand from your skin and hair after a day at the beach. Those who prefer a cosy spot in the shade can relax in the armchairs or on the spacious sofa in the outdoor lounge. Right next to it is a covered outdoor kitchen with a large dining table and built-in barbecue, which is big enough to conjure up a delicious dinner of freshly grilled fish and other delicacies. The view of the marvellous landscape and the spectacular sunsets over the foothills of the mountains will make you feel truly happy. When you return home, you will realise that this is a place of longing and you will start planning your next holiday at Can Jutger.

The great feeling of well-being continues inside. The 160 m² of living space is divided into two separate living units. The open-plan living and dining area is furnished in a rustic Mediterranean style. The fireplace creates a special atmosphere and bathes the room in soft light on cooler evenings. Two comfortable sofas invite you to relax; the large dining table or the bar area offer relaxed places to enjoy your breakfast. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, so the dirty dishes simply do themselves. The four tastefully designed bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds or two single beds; two bathrooms are also available. In the basement of this beautiful natural stone villa there is a large flat with its own entrance, a small kitchen and its own bathroom. The independent, compact living room also offers a spacious double bed, a large dining table, two cosy armchairs and a flat-screen TV. In the daylight-flooded bathroom with natural stone walls and modern walk-in shower, your morning routine will be a real pleasure. You can surf the Internet throughout the house via WLAN.
