This charming country house vacation home is located in a quiet hamlet in the middle of the Sarlat countryside and offers a wonderful retreat with its spacious living area. On the first floor, a cozy living area welcomes you around a decorative fireplace, adjacent to a large dining area. The open kitchen, equipped with modern amenities, connects seamlessly with the terrace, garden and parking area through French windows. There is also a bedroom and a shower room on this floor. On the upper floor, accessible via a wooden staircase with handrails, you will find three further bedrooms. The outdoor area has a covered terrace which is connected to the living area and overlooks the pool, as well as a fenced courtyard which gives access to the garden and the heated infinity pool. The 8 x 4 m pool with a depth of 1.20 m to 1.50 m offers panoramic views of the countryside. In addition, a paved pool terrace with sun loungers and a parasol as well as an unfenced lawn and flower garden complete the space. The house is located in the countryside in the very spacious town of Sarlat la Canéda. The center of Sarlat is about 12 km away, but you will find the local stores and supermarkets nearby. The house is located in a quiet hamlet of 3 houses. Road with little traffic.
