Private: garden (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 9 km, restaurant 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 200 m, ski bus stop 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Zillertal 3000 9 km, Zillertal Arena 19 km, Hintertuxer Gletscher 23 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schlegeis Stausee 12 km. The house is a new building, so there is no outside view yet. It will be completed on Augst 1, 2022. ,The free ski bus goes to the Mayrhofen ski area.
