It is located on the first floor of a beautiful villa with enough space for parking cars and trailers for boats, terraces and gardens, with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue, swings for children, shower, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols.
The apartment is 100 square meters, is located on the first floor of the house and can be reached via its own entrance. It has three bedrooms, each with a double bed and three times with an extra bed. All 2 bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and toilet and access to the balcony. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find an electric stove with 4 plates, Bakcofen, large combined refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toastiere, dishwasher. The living room has a dining table where you can have your meals, as well as a satellite TV that you can use to receive German programs.
