Soline Ada holiday home

Holiday home is located at the begining of the Soline forest. Close to the two main beach. First one in Soline bay and second at Pješćana uvala. There is more than 30 different beach in the circle of 5 km so you can go every dan on the different one. On just 5 km is Rt Kamenjak, park of nature, and the National Geografic said that is on their list of top 100 places on the world must see.
LIttle village Pješćana Uvala is in walking distance of 1000 m, with a little promenade with restorance and bars, souvenirs shops. Town Pula is 4 km from the house. Old Roman town offering a lot of history and arhitecture.
The location is offering you the quiet night for the good night sleep and watching the stars. Only one neighbour behind the house near you guarantee for privacy.

At the oudoor of the house there is great terrace for sunbathing. in the passage of the apartment's is located big dining table for 10 person. That table is in the good shade and alsways on the little breeze.
Behind the house there are 5 parking places, but also some part of the grass lawn, so the kids can play with the ball .

In the nature this holiday home is perfect for the family friends, becuase it is actualy the composition of 4 appartments.
One big apartment for 4 people on the first floor of 120 m2. With great terrace. This apartment have great very well equipment kitchen with gas stove and dish washer. One bedroom have big king size bed, and the second have queen size bed.
On the ground floor are three apartments for 2 person of 30 m2, in nature studio apartment's with little kitchenette and bathroom with shower, fridge and TV in the bedroom. The third apartment of 35 m2, have bigger kitchen with complite eqipment and dish washer. In ground floor is great terrace with big dinning table for 10 person.
In the house there are two washing machine.

    “Huset lå smukt ved kanten af en skov og en kortere gåtur til vandet.
    Man skal huske at læse det der står skrevet med småt om denne ejendom. Der er ikke en pool - men et spabad. Man skal påregne lige over 500 euros ekstra kontant ved ankomsten til kontaktpersonen.
    Infomateriale i huset er ikke helt opdateret - men kontaktpersonen er god til at besvare spørgsmål.
    Huset er godt udstyret, kort kørsel til gode strande og nationalpark. Prisen er i den høje ende, når der ikke er pool.”
