Location description : Nestled in the pine forest, it is famous for its wide beaches and trendy clubs.     “Positiv: Das Apartment überzeugt in erster Linie durch seine Lage in erster Reihe zum Meer. Vom Balkon hat man direkten Meerblick und bis zum Strand sind es ca. 100 Meter (dann nochmal 100 Meter bis zum Wasser und weitere 100 Meter, bis man schwimmen kann).

    Für italienische Verhältnisse ist das Apartment groß, aber ich würde nicht mehr als mit vier Personen dort wohnen wollen. Die Küche ist ziemlich klein und es gibt keinen Backofen, dafür aber eine Mikrowelle. Negativ: Negativ ist zu viel gesagt, aber die elektrische Markise hat eine Eigenleben und fährt oft von alleine ein. Die Waschmaschine muss man streicheln und drücken, damit sie startet. Das Internet fällt gerne mal für 'ne halbe Stunde aus - aber bei allen Problemen kann man sich an die Agentur vor Ort wenden - sie sind stets bemüht...”

    “Ich fühle mich immer wieder sehr wohl hier. Kurze Wege zum Meer und City. Fewo die alles bietet. Positiv: Hier stimmt alles: direkt am Meer, am langen breiten Sandstrand, saubere gute Einrichtung, alles da was man braucht, eingezäunter kleiner Garten für Hunde.
